Delete your InstaHarp account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

1. Open InstaHarp and make sure you are online.
2. Go to Settings › Privacy › Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the app removes downloads and settings from your phone.

Without the app

Email thompsonplr@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my InstaHarp account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account, email, name and profile picture
• Your settings, playlists and play history
• Your installation and device records and any usage statistics

What is kept

A record that a deletion took place, without your email, is kept for 3 years to show we honoured the request. Crash reports you chose to send are removed by Google within 90 days. Downloads on your phone are removed when you delete in the app or uninstall it.
