By installing or using InstaHarp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
InstaHarp lets you stream and download Christian instrumental music, read lyrics and, in future versions, sing along with karaoke lyrics and chords. Features may change as the app develops. Some songs are AI-generated instrumental compositions and are labelled as such.
Your account
Guests can listen to a limited number of songs; downloads and further listening need an account. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Using the music
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to songs within the app for private, devotional and non-commercial use. Downloaded songs are encrypted and play only in the app. Do not copy, extract, redistribute, publicly perform for commercial purposes, or attempt to bypass the app's protections. Use in church services and prayer meetings is welcome.
Free and paid features
The free tier includes a daily listening limit and a download limit. Paid features, when offered, are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's billing and refund terms. Prices are shown before purchase.
Content and rights concerns
If you believe a song, lyric or other material in InstaHarp infringes your rights, email thompsonplr@gmail.com with the song title, your evidence of ownership and your contact details, or use "Report a rights concern" in the app. We review every report and remove or amend material when a claim is upheld.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, access it by automated means, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using InstaHarp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
